When you register for a trip, submit an interest form, make a donation, or contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include name, email address, mobile phone number, organization or school name, participant details, emergency contacts, and payment information. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

2. SMS & Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from CR Journeys about registration, payments, itinerary, and trip logistics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services (such as customer support, communications providers, and technical service providers) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering our services. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Email Communications

Transactional emails (registration confirmations, receipts, payment reminders, and trip logistics) are sent to the address you provide as part of the service. If you opt in to marketing emails, you may also receive announcements about upcoming tours, educational programs, events, and related opportunities. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by visiting our unsubscribe page.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process registrations and payments, deliver trip logistics, respond to inquiries, improve our programs, and, with your consent, share news about future opportunities. We do not sell personal information.

5. Service Providers

We share data with vetted service providers only to operate the service, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), our email delivery provider, and our hosting infrastructure provider.
